By using Grade Calculator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Grade Calculator is a free tool that helps students estimate class grades. It is operated by an independent individual and is not affiliated with any school or grading platform.

2. Estimates only

Results are estimates for planning purposes and are not official grades. Your school's gradebook is the only official record. Grades you paste into the calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

3. Eligibility

The calculator may be used by anyone. The platform submission form is for people aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian first.

4. Platform submissions

You may submit a platform name, web address and a copy of a grades page so that support can be added. By submitting, you confirm that:

• you are allowed to share the page, and doing so does not violate your school's or the platform's rules;
• you have removed other people's names, ID numbers and grades, and any passwords or confidential information;
• you consent to the page, your email (if you give one) and your country being stored for up to 30 days for the purpose of adding platform support.

Submissions are visible only to the site owner and administrators, and are not sold, shared or used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site; send automated or bulk requests or submissions; upload malicious code or unlawful content; or interfere with other users. We may limit or block access, or remove submissions, to protect the site.

6. Third-party names

Names and logos of schools, platforms and other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible platforms. Grade Calculator is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors, may not work with every platform, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grade Calculator and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including inaccurate grade estimates.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
